'Otra Carta' was the final film in the 'La Familia Fernández' series of 54 Spanish language instruction films distributed by Encyclopaedia Britannica Films (EB) in 1965, produced by Milan Herzog and directed by Irving Rusinow. The curriculum developer was John W. Oller. Here, various sites in Mexico City are shown, including the relatively traffic-free Avenida de la Reforma, and and the flower-laden boats of Xochimilco.
